SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Our Bouquet Subscriptions are a classic example of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA): the idea that community members support their local farmers by purchasing a seasonal subscription, sharing in the reward and risk of farming. In return, you get access to our best harvests - we prioritize our subscribers! In the unlikely event of crop failure or natural disaster where we are unable to fulfill a subscription, we will communicate clearly with our valued subscribers, and make up for it with other flowers later in the season.
Email: We use email as our primary form of communication, so please provide the correct email address at checkout. Add us to your address book so our messages are sure to reach you: dirtandlaceflowerco@gmail.com. We can’t be responsible if our messages are filtered to your spam folder. Subscribers are responsible for contacting Dirt & Lace Flower Co. by email if they are not receiving our notifications.
Deliveries: Subscribers are responsible for following instructions given via email as to what is needed from you on delivery days. We are not responsible for the quality of the flowers if these instructions are not followed. (i.e you forgot to set out water for us to leave them in)
Refunds: Our subscription flowers are planned in advance, grown-to-order and harvested accordingly. We cannot promise to accommodate any delivery date changes and subscriptions are non-refundable.
Nature of flowers: Flowers are a perishable product, with variable vase life for different types, dependent on care. Subscription flowers are harvested at peak freshness and hydrated properly so that subscribers receive a top notch product. Subscribers are solely responsible for care following delivery.
